The Public Enterprise „MTVC“ (Training, Research and Development Center) specializes in health care, social protection and business sectors.

The main MTVC activities are targeted at performing of applied and scientific research, elaboration of development projects, organization and implementation of trainings in public health, health and social care, economics. The experts of the “MTVC” have longevous professional consulting, project preparation experience; skilful and knowledgeable team has been planning and implementing numerous applied scientific research projects. The MTVC consultants have prepared some tens of investment projects for the Lithuanian health care and social sector institutions; have carried out feasibility studies and research projects coordinated by notable international organizations.
